Pouch Artwork Terms & Conditions

PROOFING Art Proof Fee: $175 per SKU – this covers pre-press setup, review, and the PDF proofing process.
ORDER QUANTITIES All flexible pouch orders are subject to a +/- 10–20% variance in final delivered quantity. The customer agrees to accept this variance as standard within manufacturing tolerances. SANA will invoice for the actual quantity shipped.
SHIPPING TERMS Shipping will be calculated at the time of order completion and added to the final invoice. Any freight quotes provided in advance are estimates and subject to change.
PAYMENT Final pouch order quantity and shipping payment is due before the finished product is released.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, communications, or agreements. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
