Most Sana Packaging vape cartridge and vape pen tubes are food-grade and FDA-compliant, including select reclaimed ocean-bound plastic and PCR tube formats. Custom flexible pouches are also available in food-grade, FDA-compliant configurations.

Most vape packaging surrounds a sealed cartridge or an assembled pen and should not come into direct contact with the vape oil. Food-grade or FDA-compliant packaging does not establish the safety or compliance of the cartridge, battery, oil, heating element, or finished vaporizer product.

Select packaging formats may offer odor-resistant, moisture-resistant, or tightly sealed outer packaging. Sana Packaging does not make a blanket airtight, odor-proof, or leakproof guarantee for every package-and-hardware combination.

An outer tube, container, pouch, or box cannot prevent leakage originating from the cartridge hardware. Performance depends on:

• Cartridge construction and seals

• Mouthpiece and cap configuration

• Package dimensions and orientation

Recycled content, plant-based content, recyclability, biodegradability, and compostability are different attributes.
