Which jars and lids fit the concentrate jar paperboard displays?

The displays are designed around Sana Packaging’s 9ml Glass Concentrate Jar paired with a compatible 38mm screw-top lid.

Jars and lids are sold separately and are not included with the displays. Test other jar-and-lid combinations before ordering because package diameter and assembled height may affect fit.

What display formats are available?

Three formats are available:

- 6-count narrow: A compact format for tighter shelf and counter space

- 6-count wide: A wider, lower-profile presentation with more front-facing branding space

- 12-count: A higher-capacity format for larger assortments or higher-volume merchandising

Use the corresponding dieline for the exact format you select.

What are the concentrate jar paperboard displays made from?

The displays use 18pt paperboard available in two material compositions:

- 30% hemp fiber and 70% post-consumer waste

- 100% post-consumer waste

Both options are printed with TÜV Certified Home Compostable inks. The certification applies to the inks and does not mean the complete finished display is certified compostable.

How can the paperboard displays be customized?

One-sided full-color printing is included in standard pricing. Artwork can feature branded graphics, product messaging, QR codes, compliance callouts, responsible-material information, and other visual elements that help organize and present concentrate packaging at retail.

What artwork do I need to provide?

Use the approved dieline for the 6-count wide, 6-count narrow, or 12-count format.

Supply artwork in vector Adobe Illustrator or EPS format with outlined fonts and embedded images. Extend backgrounds through the bleed, keep important information inside the safety area, and account for cut lines, creases, display openings, and overlapping panels.

Keep production lines separate from the printed artwork and submit a separate print-ready file for each design. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 250 displays per combination of format, material, and design. Multiple formats or artwork versions are treated as separate SKUs and quoted individually.

What is the production lead time?

Production typically requires 10–14 business days from final proof approval to the ship date. Artwork preparation, prepress review, proof revisions, and transit time occur outside that production window.

Can I request a sample before placing a custom order?

Yes. Contact Sana Packaging to request a material or structural sample and confirm fit with your assembled jar-and-lid package.

A fully custom-printed prototype may require additional cost and production time.
