The Industrial Cannabis Grinder includes:

• One stainless-steel grinder

• One 4mm small-particle screen

• One 5.5mm medium-particle screen

• One 6mm large-particle screen

• One 6-quart collection container with lid

Optional 2mm and 3mm screens, a bucket chute, additional collection containers, and replacement components are available separately.

Published output is approximately one pound of flower per minute. Its continuous-feed design allows prepared flower to be added while processed material exits into the collection container.

Actual throughput depends on flower density, moisture, screen size, particle size, feed rate, and cleaning frequency. Feed flower gradually and allow gravity to move it through the grinder rather than forcing material into the hopper.

The grinder includes three interchangeable screens:

• Small: 4mm openings

• Medium: 5.5mm openings

• Large: 6mm openings

Optional 2mm and 3mm screens are available for finer material. Smaller openings generally produce a finer particle size, while larger openings produce a coarser grind.

Test each screen with your flower, cone, target weight, and filling equipment before standardizing production. Material that is too fine may pack tightly, restrict airflow, or burn inconsistently.

The grinder uses a high-torque, low-RPM design intended to generate less heat and stress than high-speed blenders and shredders.

Interchangeable screens provide additional control over particle size. Flower density, moisture, screen selection, feed rate, and equipment condition still affect the finished grind, so results should be tested with each strain and product.

No. The grinder reduces cannabis flower to a more consistent particle size but does not separate stems, leaves, or other unwanted material.

A common workflow is to grind the flower coarsely, process it through a Quick Sift Cannabis Sifting Machine, and regrind the sifted material if a finer particle size is needed.

Remove large stems and inspect the flower before grinding. Rocks, metal, and other hard foreign material can damage the blades, screens, and housing.

Important practices include:

• Use the grinder indoors on a stable work surface.

• Confirm the power switch is off before plugging it in.

• Keep the motor's air vents clear.

• Remove large stems before grinding.

• Allow gravity to feed flower into the machine.

• Never force material into the hopper.

• Keep hands and tools away from moving parts.

• Turn off and unplug the grinder before clearing a jam or changing components.

If the grinder overheats and shuts off, allow the motor to cool before restarting it.

Turn off and unplug the grinder, then allow the motor to stop completely before disassembly or cleaning. Clean the grinder after each use to prevent dried material and residue from accumulating.

Do not immerse the motor housing or the bearing end cap. Wipe these components with a clean, damp cloth. Other removable components can be cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions and should be completely dry before reassembly.

The metal cutting components are dishwasher-safe, except for the bearing end cap.
