King Kone 2.0 Pre-Roll Starter Kit

The base kit includes:

• One King Kone 2.0 Metal Pre-Rolled Cone Filling Machine

• Standard attachments for 84mm, 98mm, and 109mm pre-rolled cones

• One Industrial Cannabis Grinder

• Standard 4mm, 5.5mm, and 6mm grinder screens

Pre-rolled cones, retail packaging, weighing equipment, specialty cone trays, tube-conversion components, tamping tools, closing equipment, and other optional accessories are separate unless specifically included in the order.

A Quick Sift is not included in the base King Kone 2.0 Pre-Roll Starter Kit.

The kit can be configured with a Quick Sift Mini, a Quick Sift Commercial, or no sifting machine. Select a compatible, model-specific screen when adding a Quick Sift to the bundle.

The Industrial Cannabis Grinder has a published output of approximately one pound of flower per minute. Its continuous-feed design allows prepared flower to be added while processed material exits into the collection container.

The King Kone 2.0 holds up to 169 cones per run and has a published filling output of approximately 1,200 to 2,200 pre-rolls per hour under an efficient production workflow.

Actual output depends on flower preparation, grind size, cone loading, machine settings, staffing, available trays, tamping, closing, quality control, and packaging. These published rates describe individual grinding and filling stages, not guaranteed finished-production output.

The standard King Kone 2.0 attachments support:

• 84mm cones, commonly used for approximately 0.5g pre-rolls

• 98mm standard cones, commonly used for approximately 0.75g pre-rolls

• 109mm cones, commonly used for approximately 1g pre-rolls

These fill weights are guidelines. Flower density, grind size, moisture, packing settings, cone construction, and the amount of paper reserved for closing can affect the finished weight.

Specialty cones and compatible pre-rolled smoking tubes require separate trays, inserts, or tube-conversion components.

The King Kone 2.0 is the current model. The original King Kone Classic has been discontinued and is available from Sana Packaging only while remaining inventory lasts.

The King Kone 2.0 uses a higher-torque stepper motor that can handle heavier loads and produces less heat than the Classic's brushless motor. Its more enclosed motor housing also helps prevent residual flower from entering the motor compartment.

Both machines hold up to 169 cones and support the same standard cone sizes.

No. The starter kit combines automated grinding with semi-automated batch filling. Adding a Quick Sift can also automate part of the flower-sifting process.

Operators must still prepare and inspect the flower, load cones, monitor the equipment, verify finished weights, tamp or close the pre-rolls, perform quality control, and place the finished products into packaging.
